Ivanka Trump, daughter of Republican presidential nominee The Donald, may have sent some of her money to the campaign of her father's rival, Hillary Clinton.

The donation, however, was unbeknownst to her.

As New York Magazinepointed out, Ivanka Trump appears to have ordered an ear cuff from the jewelry line Lady Grey. Lady Grey's founders and co-designers, Sabine Le Guyader and Jill Martinelli, presumably saw the order at some point and decided to donate Trump's $84 dollars to Clinton, along with other progressive causes.

Here's the text from the note, which the founders reportedly sent along in the delivery to Trump:

“Dear Ivanka,

Thank you so much for your web order! We’re happy to let you know that the proceeds of your sale have been generously donated to The American Immigration Council, the Everytown For Gun Safety organization, and the Hillary Clinton Campaign. We hope you enjoy your new Lady Grey #helixearcuff.

Best, Jill + Sabine.”

Comments on the Instagram range from "hahahahhahahahahahahahahaha dying" to "Very unprofessional, regardless of your stance on politics."
